We are looking for an Associate Security Analyst to join our Cloud Platforms - Security department in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Information Security/GRC program and ensuring compliance with cyber security control frameworks. You will work closely with technology teams to reduce risks and contribute to the overall security goals of the business. The ideal candidate will have proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, strong organizational and project management skills, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field is required. Previous experience in supporting an Information Security/GRC program and familiarity with cyber security control frameworks, particularly NIST CSF and NIST 800-53, is preferred. Responsibilities: - Support the Information Security/GRC program and ensure compliance with cyber security control frameworks - Work closely with technology teams to reduce risks and contribute to the overall security goals of the business - Intake, assess, and normalize large amounts of complicated data - Keep multiple processes moving forward and ensure all stay on task - Manage projects and stakeholders to advance toward goals - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Act as an enabler of the business' compliance/security goals and partner with technology teams to aid with risk reduction efforts - Have cross-discipline technical, security, and compliance background - Support an Information Security/GRC program for 1-2 years - Have familiarity with cyber security control frameworks, particularly NIST CSF and NIST 800-53 - Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk Management, or related field
