About the Role:
This role is ideal for a hands-on, product-minded engineer who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and wants to grow their frontend engineering skills with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
Key Details:
* Role: Software Engineer.
* Tech Stack: React, Typescript, Tailwind; Bun and Vite are plus.
* Location: Fully remote; LATAM candidates preferred for time zone alignment.

What They’ll Do:
* Build and maintain clean, well-tested UI components using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
* Contribute to scalable, production-grade frontend architecture that integrates with a modern lending platform.
* Participate actively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
* Take ownership of their work and mentor others when possible.
* Provide direct, constructive feedback on PRs.
* Leverage AI tools to increase productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
* 3–5 years of experience in frontend software development (SaaS or security platforms a plus).
* Solid understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and secure coding practices.
* Experience with AI tooling (e.g., Cursor, GPT, etc.) a plus.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
* Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
* Experience integrating with REST APIs and working within microservice-based architectures.
* Experience with frontend tooling and build systems (e.g., Vite, Bun, Webpack).
* Comfortable working in containerized environments (e.g., Docker).
* Knowledge of security concepts like encryption, authentication, and zero-trust is a plus.
Soft Skills:
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Clear written and verbal communication.
* Intermediate level English proficiency is required; can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party.
