What We're Looking For: * Advanced Degree in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred). * 8+ years technology leadership experience with quantum computing background. * Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development and cybersecurity applications. * Leadership experience building and scaling technical teams. * Commercial experience bringing quantum technologies to market. * Visionary thinking with strong communication and collaboration skills. Compensation & Opportunity: Founding Team Opportunity: This is an equity-based founding team position offering up to 12% equity ownership, with potential for increase based on contribution and performance. Important Note: We are currently pre-revenue and cannot offer immediate salary. Future salary will be contingent upon securing funding, which we are actively pursuing. We're seeking a co-founder level partner who believes in our quantum cybersecurity vision and wants to build something revolutionary together.
