Requirements and responsibilities


Requirements: • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, quick-service, or automotive services. • Proven ability to drive sales performance, meet KPIs, and lead a team in a sales-focused environment. • Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to convert leads into memberships and increase retail ticket averages. • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn site equipment operations. • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team by example. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform light physical labor. • Reliable transportation to and from the site. Responsibilities: • Support the Site Manager in all aspects of daily site operations. • Assume full responsibility for site operations when the Site Manager is absent. • Maintain and promote a customer-centric, people-first culture while ensuring sales KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. • Assist with labor management, scheduling, and daily staffing adjustments. • Drive sales culture through coaching, training, and personal contribution to sales goals. • Monitor membership sales, retail upsells, and other revenue streams to maximize performance. • Maintain site cleanliness and organization, both inside and outside. • Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members. • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned. • Oversee cash handling, deposits, and banking duties when trained and approved. • Monitor equipment performance and assist with basic preventative maintenance tasks. • Participate in in-person and virtual meetings to stay aligned with operational priorities. • Foster a positive, engaged, and safety-conscious work environment.
