Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and CRM follow-up. This role is focused on setting qualified appointments for our internal sales team and contributing directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients using provided lead lists. • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team. • Log and track all interactions in Hubspot CRM. • Send follow-up emails and maintain ongoing communication with potential clients. • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies. • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets. Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written English skills (minimum 70/100 proficiency score). • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting. • Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls. • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM, Google Workspace, Google Calendar, and Dialpad. • Strong time management and organizational skills. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience selling services in a B2B environment. • Background in the automotive or fleet maintenance industry.
