Senior Product Manager (Software) at Texada Software

We are fully remote with periodic in-person meetings at our Mississauga office. Texada also has locations in Hamburg, Germany, and Brisbane, Australia. Texada is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the future of Texada products by understanding the needs of customers and working with development teams to meet those needs with technology. The ideal candidate will have four or more years of Product Management experience, experience working on a work order or service delivery tool, and the ability to influence people cross-functionally. This position is remote/hybrid, and the candidate may be required to attend occasional meetings in person at the Mississauga office. Responsibilities: - Interface with internal and external stakeholders and end users to gain an understanding of the user and buyer needs and aspirations - Research how companies and users use Texada products, and develop a vision for the future of the product - Prioritize feature requests to build the product roadmap to achieve business and product goals - Define the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the product - Work with UX on use cases and designs for end user feedback - Be the voice of the customer in product/development discussions - Provide clarification on expected functionality, and triage reported bugs before they get escalated to development - Look for market opportunities that Texada should move towards - Lead or participate in other assigned projects
