This role ensures cross-functional workflows operate seamlessly by leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency, improve the customer experience, and support revenue growth. As an individual contributor, this person will lead projects, support our GTM systems with a large focus on Salesforce infrastructure for our GTM teams, and support our VC programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and excels at transforming complex challenges into scalable, sustainable solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Execution: Lead and manage high-impact initiatives such as process implementations, tool migrations, CPQ updates, quarterly planning, and process rollouts. Own timelines, deliverables, stakeholder updates, and change management efforts across functions.Variable Compensation Program Support: Assist in managing the operational aspects of variable compensation (VC), including tracking, reporting, and communications. Liaise with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payouts.Pipeline & Data Management: Ensure data quality and consistency across GTM systems. Analyze sales and pipeline data to uncover trends and support data-driven decision-making. Support deal desk requests. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership and field teams.Tech Stack Infrastructure Support & Adoption: Ensure our GTM systems are built with our growth teams in mind by enforcing proper project plans, accurate scoping sessions with stakeholders and . Drive adoption and best practices for the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot). Coordinate quarterly enablement sessions and refreshers in partnership with GTM Ops and tool owners. Monitor user engagement and identify training needs to maximize tool ROI.Process Documentation & Optimization: Promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability through SOPs and structured rollout plans. Create and maintain documentation and communication for key RevOps processes and program plans to drive adoption and minimize disruption.Performance Monitoring: Support tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
