CareMessage is the partner of choice for organizations committed to advancing health equity.CareMessage is seeking a talented Healthcare Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst specializing in healthcare, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and our technical teams, delivering actionable insights, high-quality reporting, and data-driven recommendations.As a Data Analyst at CareMessage, you will play a crucial role in collecting, validating, transforming, interpreting, and visualizing data to inform decision-making processes across the organization. You will use your business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools to turn raw data into actionable insights. Your work will be central to telling the data story of a patient s interactions with CareMessage and guiding measurable, scalable improvements to access to care, clinical outcomes, and social determinants of health for the populations we support.You will work closely with an agile, multidisciplinary team to identify key questions, define metrics, clean and prepare datasets, perform exploratory and descriptive analyses, and create dashboards and reports that enable stakeholders to take data-driven action.
