Responsibilities: - Manage the overall operations of the hub facility, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of orders, as well as managing inventory and supplies. - Ensure that all orders are delivered on time and maintain a 0% defect rate across all orders. - Lead the team responsible for packing, dispatching & delivering orders. - Manage morale, motivation levels, well-being, and enforce discipline among the team. - Hire, onboard, and train the 3 roles within the team (packers, dispatchers, coordinators). - Develop and implement standard operating procedures for hub operations. - Work closely with other departments, including customer service, sales, and marketing, to ensure that customer needs are being met and that the company is meeting its business goals. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as delivery times, order accuracy, and customer feedback, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
