We are a luxury watch trading company based in the US, specializing in high-end timepieces from brands such as Rolex, Omega, Audemars Piguet, and more. We are seeking a detail-oriented remote assistant to support invoicing, shipping label generation, and other backend operations. This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth into logistics coordination, customer service support, or operations. Your Main Responsibilities: * Create and send invoices to clients via our CRM or payment platforms. * Generate shipping labels (Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc.) based on order details. * Coordinate with our local and remote team to confirm shipping timelines. * Keep internal records up to date (GHL, Zoho). * Monitor for successful deliveries and escalate any shipping issues. * Assist with data entry, form filling, and small daily tasks as assigned. Requirements: * Strong English communication (written and spoken). * Very detail-oriented and organized. * Experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail). * Comfortable learning new platforms (we will train you). * Trustworthy with sensitive payment and shipping data. * Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
