🌿 Entry-Level Landscape Designer (Remote - Latin America Preferred). Full-Time | $500/month | 40 hours/week | Bi-weekly Pay + Bonuses. We're a U.S.-based landscape design company looking for a motivated, entry-level designer who’s passionate about 3D modeling and eager to grow in the landscape design industry. This is a remote position ideal for recent graduates or self-taught 3D artists ready to take their skills to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to become the first employee at a growing company, with the potential to evolve into a future manager and leader as we expand. ✅ What You’ll Do: - Create 3D models of residential houses using SketchUp or similar software. - Assist in developing landscape design concepts (you’ll be trained step-by-step). - Gradually take on full landscape design responsibilities as you gain experience. - Communicate consistently and clearly about your progress and timelines. - Work during U.S. time zones (Eastern or Pacific preferred). 🎓 What We’re Looking For: - Recent graduate in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field OR someone with 3D modeling/rendering experience. - Experience with SketchUp or other 3D modeling tools. - Experience with Structure Studios or Uvision is a plus (not required – we’ll train you). - A computer capable of running rendering/design software. - Strong attention to detail. - Self-motivated, organized, and dependable. - Willingness to learn and grow with the company. 💵 What We Offer: - $500/month starting salary, paid bi-weekly. - 40-hour work week. - Quarterly bonuses based on overall company performance. - All software paid for by us. - 1-year performance bonus to help you buy your own laptop. - Annual raises and bonuses based on performance. - The opportunity to grow into a managerial or leadership role as the team expands. - One-on-one training and mentorship.
