Since our foundation, we have successfully delivered more than 135 projects and have grown to 110+ talented individuals across 5 office locations. Unit8’s mission is to drive the adoption of AI and Data Science in the non-digital industries and to help accelerate their digital transformation. The purpose of the (Senior) Data&AI Consultant role is to actively solve our customers' problems and support them in becoming a data-driven company. You will consult our clients on their path to become a data-driven company, e.g. by assessing the client’s data and AI maturity or identifying data-driven use cases and a defining an impactful implementation roadmap. Responsibilities: - Consult our clients on their path to become a data-driven company - Interact with our clients to understand their data-related challenges - Collaborate with our data scientists, data engineers and IT architects on the implementation of impactful data-based solutions and machine learning use cases - Consult on the implementation of critical enablers like data governance, model governance, MLOps or analytics centres of excellence - Work directly with the head of our Digital & AI Consulting practice as part of a small, high-performing team to co-develop the growth strategy and concepts for new digital & AI consulting offerings - Contribute to our business development in preparing and participating in client sales meetings, workshops and industry conferences - Support the creation of white papers and industry thought leadership on data science & AI-related topics
