Alma has raised $220.5M in funding from various partners and was named one of Inc’s Best Workplaces in 2022. Alma is seeking a mission-driven, tenacious Business Development Representative who is passionate about supporting providers and making mental healthcare more accessible. The Business Development Representative will play a critical strategic role in taking Alma’s provider growth strategy to the next level. You will be responsible for sourcing providers to join Alma’s community network, setting prospect meetings for our Account Executive team, and collaborating with our BDR Manager to maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified provider leads. Responsibilities: - Manage email outbound campaigns using software tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft - Become an Alma expert; understand the pain-points of prospective clients, and articulate to prospective clients how Alma can support them in sustainably building their practice - Build new client relationships and set meetings for Account Executives by building, analyzing, and managing a sales pipeline - Hit and exceed monthly goals, consistently staying on top of associated KPIs - Help to deliver an above-and-beyond sales experience through phone, email, text, and social media and getting creative with alternative forms of communication and outreach
