This is a great opportunity for a self motivated dev to join early while we are still in a startup phase and have real influence in our company.About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and analytical VP of sales to join Partisia Blockchain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major clients/businesses/investors, writing sales reports and designing effective sales strategies. As a blockchain company, the projects will require general knowledge of how blockchains operate. We are a startup in year 3 so this is an opportunity to join relatively early on and have a real influence on the company.ResponsibilitiesWorking with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goalsOutlining and managing sales budgetsSetting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating team members to help to achieve the goalsMonitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecastingReviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfactionCreating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership teamEstablishing and maintaining key customer relationshipsRecruiting and hiring sales staff where necessary and developing training programs
