We also offer strong opportunities for advancement within our expanding organization.Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives in the Baltimore, MD territory.This is a remote, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships face-to-face, managing a sales territory, and working directly with customers at their place of business.The right candidate is confident, organized, and driven to close sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage time and territory effectively. A mechanical or technical mindset is a significant advantage, as we specialize in woodworking machinery.Prior experience in outside sales, capital equipment, or industrial sales is preferred—but we are willing to train motivated individuals with transferable sales skills.What You’ll DoDevelop and manage customer relationships within your assigned territoryGenerate leads and actively prospect new business opportunitiesConduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and consultationsRecommend machines, tools, and accessories tailored to customer needsPrepare and present quotes, proposals, and close salesCoordinate with inside sales and support teamsRepresent the company at trade shows and industry eventsProgress through a structured training program—from entry-level equipment to advanced CNC machineryMaintain regular communication with internal teams while working remotelyQualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build relationships and close salesOutside or territory sales experience preferredMechanical or technical aptitude strongly preferredComfortable using CRM systems and general computer toolsAbility to travel regularly within the Baltimore-area territoryAbility to travel occasionally for trade shows (U.S.)Woodworking or industrial equipment experience is a plus (not required)What We OfferHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceRetirement planPaid vacation and sick timeFSA benefit planPaid holidaysCareer advancement opportunities within a growing company
