We are seeking a talented professional who can support enterprise applications, infrastructure operations, system upgrades, compliance initiatives, and technical support activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead, support, and coordinate application system architecture and infrastructure sustainment activitiesTest, validate, and deploy quarterly application upgrades provided by software vendorsPerform server patch validation and ensure compliance with IT security, cybersecurity, and access control standardsTroubleshoot application, system, and infrastructure issues while providing timely resolutionsSupport planned maintenance activities, upgrades, and emergency response eventsParticipate in system change management and continuous process improvement initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable and secure system operationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field3+ years of Systems Engineering or Software Engineering experienceStrong experience with Windows Server 2016+ and Windows 10+ environmentsHands-on experience working with SQL databasesSolid understanding of networking, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, account management, and web technologiesStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical support skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesPreferred Skills:Experience supporting manufacturing systems and enterprise applicationsKnowledge of infrastructure compliance and cybersecurity best practicesExperience with system upgrades, patch management, and change control processesAbility to work independently in a remote environment
