This role is focused on client acquisition, lead qualification, appointment setting, and relationship management within the Australian market.You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding investor needs, qualifying prospects against clear criteria, and booking high-quality consultations with senior advisors. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, structure, follow-through, and confidence working with Australian clients.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to engage and qualify property investment leadsBuild rapport quickly and guide prospects through next steps with confidenceBook strategy calls, consultations, and Zoom sessions with the advisory or sales teamMaintain high show-up rates through structured reminders and personalised follow-upsQualify leads using defined client criteria and investment frameworksManage and update CRM pipelines, including: Call logsLead notesStatus updatesPerformance trackingUse outbound dialers (e.g. Go High Level dialer or similar) for calling and follow-upsRespond to inbound queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or platform messagingPrepare light daily or weekly reports (leads handled, calls made, appointments booked, show-up rates)Collaborate closely with the sales/advisory team to refine scripts, qualification processes, and booking efficiencyUphold brand tone, professionalism, and relationship-building best practices at all timesRequirements1–2+ years of professional experience working with Australian clients or companies (required)Prior experience in property, real estate, property investment, mortgage broking, or related services.Proven ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and confidently manage phone conversationsExcellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive communication styleExperience using Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM systems (pipelines, tagging, workflows, basic reporting)Comfortable using outbound dialers for high-volume callingHighly organised, proactive, self-managed, and consistent with follow-upsAvailable full-time (40 hours/week) aligned with Australian business hoursFast and reliable internet connection, own laptop/desktop, quiet workspace, and quality headsetBenefitsCompetitive base salaryDirect contract with an established, fast-growing Australian property investment businessLong-term role with strong growth potential into senior client-facing or sales positionsStructured onboarding, training, and ongoing support
