The Clinical Growth Lead is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for driving growth across existing accounts while supporting new client onboarding and expansion within the current territory. This individual bridges clinical expertise with business development, ensuring partner practices maximize the value of care management programs such as Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and related services.This role plays a critical part in strengthening client relationships, increasing patient enrollment, optimizing program performance, and identifying opportunities for service expansion and new client acquisition.Key Responsibilities1. Client Growth & Account ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned partner practicesBuild strong, trusted relationships with providers, administrators, and clinical staffIdentify and execute opportunities to expand service offerings (RPM, CCM, PCM, RTM, etc.) within existing accountsConduct regular performance reviews, presenting data on enrollment, clinical outcomes, and program impactEnsure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growthSchedule and conduct onsite meetings with the assigned partner practices2. Enrollment Strategy & ManagementPartner with Enrollment Team Lead to drive patient enrollment growth and engagementMonitor key enrollment metrics and proactively address gaps or performance issuesTrain and guide practice staff on best practices for patient identification and enrollment workflowsContinuously optimize processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and patient outcomes3. New Client OnboardingLead onboarding for new partner practices, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation processCoordinate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and billing teamsProvide training and education on program structure, workflows, and expectationsEstablish clear success metrics and timelines for program launch and growthEnsure early adoption and momentum within the first 90 days4. Territory Growth & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue opportunities to bring in new clients within the current territoryLeverage existing relationships, referrals, and market knowledge to generate leadsSupport sales conversations with clinical expertise and program knowledgeCollaborate with leadership on territory growth strategy and targetingQualifications & ExpertiseClinical Background Required (RN, RT, or similar), with experience in pulmonary, sleep medicine, or chronic disease management preferredStrong knowledge of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and/or Principal Care Management (PCM) programsDemonstrated experience in account management or client-facing rolesWorking knowledge of medical billing, reimbursement models, and care management program economicsProven ability to contribute to or support sales and business development effortsStrong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritiesBenefitsComprehensive Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental, Vision)Flexible Paid Time OffTraining and Development opportunitiesCompensation: $75-000-$85,000 per year (Full-Time, Non-Exempt)Annual Incentive Goal: 20% of Base Salary
