About the roleWe are looking for a NetSuite Implementation Consultant to support and deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations, ensuring successful configuration, integration, testing, and deployment. This role involves working closely with project leads, implementation teams, and clients to design solutions, manage multiple workstreams, address technical and functional requirements, and drive user adoption. You will take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, support process improvements, collaborate with NetSuite partners when needed, and ensure projects are delivered following best practices and timelines.ResponsibilitiesEnsure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviewsSet up SuiteFlow and configurationUse knowledge of NetSuite's partner community to provide client guidance to requirements that need third-party supportTrain internal users on how to effectively use NetSuite features and applicationsEvangelize the capabilities of NetSuite across the organization and drive user adoptionManage multiple streams of work, actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps (following best practices for testing, development, deployment, and implementation)Work with the implementation team to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into the client's infrastructureWork alongside the project lead to implement process improvements with systematic solutionsTake a hands-on approach to troubleshootingPerform other duties as needed by the roleRequirements3+ years of functional experience with NetSuite applications/servicesWorking knowledge of NetSuite's Cloud / SaaS-based business software systems (ERP / CRM)Experience as a NetSuite ConsultantStrong experience evaluating, using, and/or managing cloud-based applications and servicesExperience in pre-sales, product implementation, training, and providing client support within the NetSuite environmentExperience throughout the complete NetSuite software development life cycleProject management experience using appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines, and responsibilitiesSolid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timelineKnowledge of relational database architecture and methods, including hands-on experience developing SQL queries (desired)Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsStrong task management skillsA fully functional and up-to-date computer to perform dutiesWilling to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computerCurrent resident of the Philippines and can perform work from thereWilling to work in the US Pacific time zone or client time zoneNoteThis is a remote (work from home) jobPart-time opportunity (15 to 20 hours per week)Job-related screening (application form)Able to work on US PDT/ PST scheduleLegally able to perform work from the PhilippinesAmenable to part-time work (up to 20 hours per week)Willing to install and use a time-tracking applicationMonthly expected rate in PHP for a 20-hour per week part-time job (used to calculate expected hourly rate)
