Job Title: Spanish Sales Executive. Company Overview: HMA is a healthcare-focused digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and website development. We partner with healthcare professionals globally to drive growth, increase patient acquisition, and deliver measurable results. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated professional with excellent Spanish and English communication skills to manage client interactions, oversee project execution, and actively support sales and lead generation activities, especially for Spanish-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Project Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients. - Manage day-to-day client communication via email, calls, and meetings (Spanish & English). - Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media) for smooth execution. - Lead client meetings, share updates, and manage expectations professionally. - Maintain project documentation, MOMs, and timelines. - Ensure timely delivery and alignment across teams. - Handle client servicing and ensure client success. - Support operational requirements (e.g., Google My Business, campaign coordination). Sales & Lead Generation: - Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Generate and qualify leads, particularly from Spanish-speaking regions. - Schedule and manage sales meetings and follow-ups. - Present services and solutions tailored to client needs. - Support deal closures through effective communication and coordination. - Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Zoho preferred). Reporting & Coordination: - Track and report leads generated. - Track and report meetings scheduled. - Track and report sales conversions. - Track and report project progress. - Share insights from client interactions and campaigns. - Maintain organized records of communication and updates. - Conduct biweekly/monthly client meetings. Required Skills: Language Requirement: - Fluent Spanish (mandatory – spoken & written). - Strong English communication skills. Technical Skills: - Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media). - CRM tools (Zoho preferred). - LinkedIn research & lead generation tools. - MS Office / Google Workspace. Soft Skills: - Strong communication and client-handling skills. - Confidence in leading meetings and presentations. - Excellent follow-up and organizational ability. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving mindset. - Team collaboration and coordination. - Persuasion and negotiation skills. Experience & Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in Client Servicing / Inside Sales / Lead Generation. - Any graduate (Marketing/Business background preferred). - Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus. - Experience handling international or Spanish-speaking clients preferred.
