Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role: - We are placing a Revenue Operations & CRM Specialist for a fast-growing, premium wellness (mental health) company in the US. - They operate in a high-touch, high-LTV space, and they are building their full sales and marketing infrastructure from the ground up. - This is a builder role. - No existing systems to inherit. - You will own the architecture, implementation, and ongoing management of the entire revenue operations engine, from first-touch automation through referral pipelines, funnel reporting, and follow-up sequences. - The leadership team is small, highly involved, and moves fast. - They give direct feedback and expect you to take it, act on it, and improve. - If you thrive in environments where you have clear goals but real autonomy to build the path, this is for you. What You'll Own: - Build and manage the full CRM system from scratch (GoHighLevel/HubSpot). - Design and implement follow-up automation sequences, ensuring zero leads fall through the cracks. - Build referral outreach infrastructure for B2B pipeline development. - Set up dashboards and reporting that show CAC by channel, lead-to-appointment rate, and conversion at every funnel stage. - Manage pipeline hygiene and stage discipline on an ongoing basis. - Flag system gaps proactively; if something is breaking, you raise it before leadership has to. What We're Looking For: Must-haves: - 3+ years in RevOps, CRM implementation, or sales operations. - GoHighLevel proficiency: pipelines, workflows, automations, and integrations built natively. - HubSpot proficiency in the same way. - Experience building systems from scratch, not just maintaining existing ones. - Strong follow-up automation and pipeline management discipline. - Comfortable working in a fast-feedback, high-accountability environment. - Fluent English: you will interface directly with US-based leadership daily. - Available to work 9am–6pm Arizona time (PST now). Strong advantages: - Experience in healthcare, wellness, or any regulated/compliance-sensitive industry. - Familiarity with N8N or AI agent workflows. - B2B outreach systems experience (cold email, LinkedIn sequences, voicemail). - HubSpot experience alongside GHL. Who Thrives Here: - You do not need to be managed step by step. - You receive feedback as useful information, not a personal attack. - You care about clean data and airtight systems, not because someone is checking, but because that is how you work. Logistics: - Location: Remote, LATAM strongly preferred. - Hours: 9am–6pm Arizona time (MST), Monday–Friday. - Compensation: $1,500–$2,000/month USD (based on experience). - Start: As soon as possible. Additional Information: - This placement is managed by Sales Momentum. - Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly to schedule a screening call.
