This role will help transform ecosystem and blockchain data into actionable insights that improve product decisions, ecosystem health, and user experiences. This role has the potential to grow alongside the industry.To be successful in this roleYou will:Analyze large-scale blockchain and ecosystem datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights in order to keep up with frontier industry trendsPartner closely with engineers, product teams, and ecosystem stakeholders to define metrics and answer high-impact business and protocol questionsBuild dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesDevelop and maintain reliable datasets and analytical models to support decision-making across the organizationHelp define and track key ecosystem metrics such as decentralization scores, transaction inclusion performance, validator health, and network economicsPerform exploratory analysis to evaluate protocol updates, ecosystem initiatives, and user behavior trendsEnsure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting and analytical workflowsDocument methodologies, metrics definitions, and analytical processes to support transparency and knowledge sharingYou ideally have:5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large and complex datasetsProficiency in SQL and experience with modern analytics tooling and data warehousesExperience building dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Allium, Dune, Hex, or crypto data-powered BI toolsFamiliarity with blockchain technologies, including transaction data, smart contracts, and consensus mechanismsExperience working with big data platforms and analytical tooling such as ClickHouse, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQueryStrong understanding of experimentation, metrics design, and statistical analysisAbility to communicate insights effectively to both technical and business audiencesEspecially beneficial if you have experience with Solana data and the Solana ecosystemBonus points:Experience contributing to open source projectsExperience applying AI/LLM workflows to analytics or operational use casesFamiliarity with Python or Rust for data analysis and toolingExperience working in fast-moving startup or crypto environments
