About the roleWe are looking for a Digital Project Manager who can own execution across multiple ecommerce brands and ensure smooth coordination between creative, paid media, copy, and UGC teams.This is not a passive coordination role. You will be responsible for making sure work gets delivered on time, at speed, and at quality.Accountabilities1. Execution & Delivery ManagementManage day-to-day execution across: Creative, Copy, Paid media, UGC / Influencer.Ensure weekly deliverables are clearly planned and shipped on time.2. Workflow & Task ManagementOwn task management systems (Monday / Notion).Ensure every task has: Clear brief, Defined owner, Deadline.Maintain clean and structured workflows across brands.3. Creative Experimentation & Testing Tracker (Critical Ownership)Own and maintain the Creative Experimentation Sheet for each brand.Ensure it is: Regularly updated, Structured and actionable, Reflecting all ongoing and upcoming tests.Coordinate with: POD (founder-facing team) and COE teams (Creative, Copy, UGC, Paid Media).Ensure: New test ideas are captured, Hypotheses are clearly defined, Status of each experiment is updated, Learnings from winning/losing creatives are documented.4. Creative & Campaign Pipeline ManagementEnsure a 3–4 week creative pipeline buffer across brands.Coordinate iterations of winning ad concepts.Ensure teams are always ahead, not reacting.5. POD Coordination & Internal Alignment (MOMs & Communication Flow)Act as the bridge between POD (founder-facing roles) and internal execution teams.Take ownership of: Capturing key updates from Brand/POD meetings and reviewing/structuring MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).Ensure: Clear translation of Brand feedback into actionable tasks, Priorities aligned across teams, No critical information is lost or misinterpreted.Proactively share: Updates with Creative, Paid, Copy, and UGC teams; changes in strategy, priorities, or deliverables.6. Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as the bridge between: Creative team, Paid media team, UGC / Influencer team.Ensure alignment on campaign goals, testing roadmap, and execution priorities.7.
