About the Role: Position: Vice President of Client Pipeline Development Job Type: Full-timeLocation Type: Remote- based in North Carolina, USASalary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE)📍This position is open exclusively to candidates residing in North Carolina.We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally sophisticated Vice President of Client Pipeline Development to lead and scale the organization’s client acquisition, intake operations, referral ecosystem, diagnostics growth strategy, and market development initiatives across all current and future markets.This is not a traditional marketing role.This is a highly integrated leadership role responsible for building the infrastructure, strategy, accountability systems, and cross-functional operational alignment necessary to support organizational growth while ensuring families move efficiently from referral to services. The Vice President of Client Pipeline Development will serve as the senior leader responsible for designing, optimizing, forecasting, and scaling the organization’s end-to-end client pipeline infrastructure.The ideal candidate brings proven leadership-level experience within the ABA field overseeing:referral growthintake operationscensus developmentdiagnostics expansionprovider partnershipsde novo market launchespipeline forecastingmulti-site growth strategyoperational scalabilityCandidates without direct ABA growth leadership experience may not be considered.Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Growth & Pipeline StrategyReferral Development & Market GrowthDiagnostics & Access to Care StrategyIntake Operations & Client ExperienceOperational Leadership & Cross-Functional AlignmentData, Analytics & ReportingRequirementsQualifications:Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; or 3+ years of relevant experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience of progressive leadership experience within ABA operations, growth strategy, intake operations, business development, or client pipeline leadershipProven director-level experience scaling referral pipelines, census growth, and intake infrastructure within an ABA organizationDemonstrated success supporting de novo clinic launches and multi-market expansionProven experience overseeing enterprise KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, and operational reportingHighly strategic, operationally sophisticated, and systems-oriented mindsetStrong experience building referral ecosystems, marketing & outreach, and provider partnership strategiesWork Environment:This role is based in North Carolina. Candidates must reside in NC and be fully set up to work from home.
