Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Define and own the bank's zero-trust architecture, IAM, encryption, and AppSec strategy. - Assemble and maintain regulatory and inspection-ready security evidence. - Design and govern the SOC operating model for the digital bank. - Lead security architecture reviews and threat-modelling sessions. - Ensure security controls meet UAE regulatory and international banking standards. - Collaborate with Platform, Engineering, and Compliance teams on security posture. Qualifications: - Deep expertise in zero-trust architecture, IAM, PAM, and encryption at scale. - Strong AppSec background: SAST, DAST, penetration testing governance. - Experience designing SOC operating models for financial institutions. - Knowledge of UAE/GCC financial services regulatory requirements preferred. - Familiarity with sanctions screening and transaction monitoring (TM) security controls. - Excellent written communication and remote-work discipline. - English fluency.
