As the Senior Manager, Owner Relations, reporting to the Director of Owner Relations, you will shape the experience and long-term success of owners and management companies new to Hilton or the hospitality industry. You'll serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, guiding new owners through Hilton's ecosystem, supporting adoption of enterprise tools, and laying the foundation for strong operational and commercial performance.What you'll do during a typical day:Provide efficient, customized, and responsive support via phone, email, and through Salesforce to ensure issue resolution for new-to-Hilton owners and operators.Design, coordinate, and facilitate webinars, email campaigns, regional owner meetings, training sessions, and engagement initiatives that drive adoption of Hilton self-service tools and improve performance and the guest experience.Advocate for new-to-Hilton owners and above-property teams by collecting insights, identifying trends and challenges, and sharing structured feedback with Hilton partners and senior leadership.Partner closely with the Director of Owner Relations to execute key initiatives, host virtual office hours, develop and refresh webinar content, conduct portfolio reviews, and prepare for owner-facing events such as regional connects and orientation programs.Be the subject matter expert on Hilton tools, initiatives, and standards, delivering training and presentations to above-property stakeholders.Source data, create content and present in both internal and external forums, providing data-driven recommendations and business cases.How you'll collaborate with others:Partner with Hilton Departments and Owner Relations teams to develop support strategies, define success metrics, and ensure consistent application of best practices.Be the partner to new-to-Hilton ownership representatives, serving as their single contact for all things “Hilton”.Represent the voice of new owners within Hilton, helping align enterprise initiatives with the practical needs of this segment.Projects you'll take ownership of:Provide structured owner touchpoints across the lifecycle, including onboarding for new development, conversions, and change of ownership; congratulatory outreach upon opening; webinar and office hours engagement; and offboard/transitions.Maintain accurate, detailed records of owner interactions and support activities in Salesforce to ensure comprehensive, actionable account information.Support owner events, enterprise initiatives, and special projects that enhance owner engagement and education.Ensure ownership and management company information is current and accurately reflected in Hilton's internal systems.Guide new-to-Hilton ownership groups through a clear path to success, transitioning them to the Owner Support Team approximately six months post-opening or acquisition.Leverage tools such as the Enterprise Engagement Scorecard, Hilton RISE, and other enterprise metrics to improve Product Quality Standards, Stay Scores, portfolio performance, and market share.What It Takes to Make the StayYou have these minimum qualifications:Five (5) years of Hotel and/or Hospitality experience.Three (3) years of managerial or leadership experience working with Hilton BrandsTwo (2) years of managerial or leadership experience working with Hilton Owners/Above Property ManagementOne (1) year of experience delivering presentations virtuallyTravel – approximately 20%It would be useful if you have:Advanced proficiency utilizing Salesforce and other enterprise tools.Advanced knowledge of Hilton's processes and internal subject matter experts for areas including financing, construction, and operations.Experience organizing and prioritizing projects within a high-volume support model.Understanding of the complexities of franchisee/franchisor dynamics and proven success in navigating these relationships.Knowledge of the difference between managing hotel operations and the broader company responsibilities within the hotel industry.How We'll Help You ThriveAt Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests. The pay range for this role is $85,000 – $120,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
