Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service with a strong focus on assisting customers over the phone. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations. - Proficient with basic computer applications and customer service systems. - Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment (for remote positions). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in call center, customer support, or client services environments. - Familiarity with GHL is an an advantage. - Credit Repair experience is preferred but not required.
