This role will partner closely with the Head of People Operations and hiring leaders to build structured, scalable, and AI-enabled recruiting practices that improve quality of hire and increase hiring velocity.This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced “start-up” culture, who loves to recruit and wants to make a meaningful impact on a business. You’ll have the opportunity to bring new ideas forward and build technology-forward recruiting processes that modernize how talent is assessed and selected in a growing SaaS organization.While ECP is a fully remote company, we are looking for someone located within driving distance to Milwaukee, who is able to meet with the team on-site once per quarter (on average).Responsibilities: Process Optimization & Recruiting OperationsResearch and recommend tools, best practices, and processes to elevate the recruiting functionLeverage AI-powered sourcing, screening, and evaluation tools to increase efficiency and address process bottlenecksMaintain data integrity in our ATS and support tracking metricsProvide regular reporting and insights on pipeline health and time-to-fillDesign and implement interview scorecards aligned to role requirements and company valuesAudit scorecard effectiveness and adjust based on hiring data and performance outcomesBuild documentation and playbooks for repeatable hiring practicesBuild a knowledge base for recruiting team members and hiring managersSupport employer branding efforts (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, job boards, referral programs)RecruitingManage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles (GTM, Engineering, Product, Customer Experience, G&A)Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, competencies, and interview processesConduct initial Zoom video screens, and guide candidates through a smooth and engaging interview processCreate compelling job postings and outreach messaging that reflect our brand and valuesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber professionals to ensure a steady flow of top talent for current and future hiring needsLead offer process, including compensation alignment and closing strategyDeliver a high-quality, responsive, and professional candidate experienceConduct market research on compensation, advising hiring managers on salary and pay band expectationsStay informed on hiring trends, talent market conditions, and best practices in recruitingRequirementsBachelor's degreeAt least 3 years of experience recruiting technical roles (Software Engineers, QA, etc.)2+ years of recruiting experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment2+ years of experience recruiting in-house preferredStrong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and interview best practicesExperience working with and optimizing an ATSExperience using AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and scalabilityFamiliarity with structured interview frameworks and scorecardsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and evolving environment where you wear multiple hatsAbility to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leadersProven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and/or competing priorities simultaneouslyHigh ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and strong operational disciplineAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
