Dental Virtual Assistant (Experienced Only)
We are currently hiring an experienced Dental Virtual Assistant to support a growing startup dental practice in the United States. This is a great opportunity to work directly with a dentist who recently launched his own practice after years in the industry and is now building a strong long-term team.
We are ONLY looking for candidates with REAL dental virtual assistant experience and hands-on knowledge using the required systems below.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year experience as a Dental Virtual Assistant
Must have hands-on experience using:
CareStack
Curve
Mango
Strong understanding of:
Insurance verification
Dental billing / claims
Appointment scheduling
Treatment plans
Patient communication
Excellent English communication skills
Reliable internet and work-from-home setup
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Responsibilities
Verify patient insurance benefits
Handle dental billing and claims follow-up
Schedule and confirm appointments
Assist with treatment plan coordination
Communicate with patients professionally
Support front desk administrative tasks remotely
Important
