Want a role where you’re the one keeping everything moving?We’re looking for someone sharp, reliable, and calm under pressure to help manage and monitor freight operations after hours. If you like fast-paced work, problem-solving, and being the “go-to” person when things matter most, this is for you.
You’ll play a critical role in making sure shipments stay on track, drivers are supported, and customers are never left in the dark.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Track active shipments (trucks, drivers, carriers) in real-time
-Provide updates to internal teams and customers
-Catch issues BEFORE they become problems (delays, breakdowns, etc.)
-Coordinate with drivers and carriers to solve issues quickly
-Document updates and notes in our system (TMS)
-Handle after-hours communication and urgent situations
-Support dispatch and operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
-Experience in logistics, trucking, or freight brokerage (preferred but not required)
-Strong Spanish / English communication skills (written & verbal)
-Ability to stay calm under pressure and think fast
-Detail-oriented you don’t miss things
-Comfortable working 7-day-a-week schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM [CST Timezone]
-Tech-savvy (experience with TMS, ELD, or similar tools is a plus)
