Requirements and responsibilities


• Qualification of inbound leads • Monitoring and engagement via phone and email with inbound lead requests within assigned territory • Track engagement to ensure successful connection, followed by initial lead qualification. • Qualify lead by understanding events scope and objectives as well as decision making process and timeline. • Qualify in and out leads and pass to the appropriate Sales representative for future deal development. • Fast paced, high velocity qualification discipline and motivation to consistently build sales pipeline. • Quickly assess quality of lead to delivery high quality leads, aligned with the Swapcard value proposition to a closing sales representative. • Adoption and development of best practices for inbound sales efforts across direct calling, email and social media engagement. • Research lead to inform approach strategy and fit to the Swapcard platform and value propostion • Sales administration and pipeline management are critical for effectiveness in this role • Appetite to learn and develop sales skills.
