We're hiring a full-time, remote Product Operations Associate to support the Fieldprint Platform here at Field to Market.This is an entry-level role for someone early in their career with a technical orientation and a real interest in agriculture, sustainability, and environmental outcomes. The Associate will serve as a first point of contact for Platform support, manage our GitHub ticketing workflow, help test new features, and support the broader Science & Technology team on presentations, meetings, and documentation. Direct experience in all areas isn't expected. The role is built to grow technical and operational skills over time, with mentorship from the team.Details:Full-time, remoteSalary range of $65,000–$75,000Bachelor's degree + 1–3 years of experienceComfort with ticketing systems, software testing, and everyday use of AI tools
