Northbound Operating Partners is looking for a precise and reliable Staff Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role will focus on general-ledger posting and reconciliation, month-end close, treasury and cash management, financial reporting, and audit support.What we're looking for:5–7 years of hands-on accounting experienceStrong experience in GL posting and account reconciliationMonth-end close, journal entries, and balance-sheet reconciliationsTreasury and cash management basicsERP experience: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similarAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skillsU.S. GAAP knowledgeEnglish B2 requiredExperience supporting U.S.-based companies is a plusIf you are precise, organized, and comfortable owning a functional area in a fast-growing, multi-entity environment, we'd love to hear from you.
