Talent Acquisition Specialist (Creative & LATAM Focus) – Remote at Deer Designer

🚀 What you’ll own Talent acquisition (core focus) - Source and hire senior creative talent (web/graphic designers, video editors, and others) primarily from LATAM - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-vetted candidates - Actively source via Behance, Dribbble, LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals (not just inbound) - Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders - Ensure a high bar for quality while optimizing for cost Recruitment systems & efficiency - Manage and improve our hiring workflows (ATS, Notion, Slack) - Automate candidate communication and reduce manual admin - Track key hiring metrics (time to hire, pass-through rates, etc.) - Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience Onboarding & coordination - Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires (accounts, access, first-day setup) and offboarding - Coordinate probation check-ins and key milestones - Maintain clear and organized documentation Light HR operations (secondary) - Handle basic HR requests (contracts, verifications, documents) - Support offboarding (exit forms, access removal) - Assist with simple engagement initiatives (no heavy HR admin work)
