This role will lead multi-entity global consolidations, ensure accurate intercompany accounting and eliminations across multiple international jurisdictions, and partner closely with local finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.Things You Get To Do:Global Accounting & ConsolidationsLead monthly, quarterly, and annual multi-entity global consolidationsEnsure accurate intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations across global subsidiariesReview and analyze consolidated financial statements and supporting schedulesManage foreign currency translation, consolidation adjustments, and CTA accountingMaintain accurate records of cross-border transactions and intercompany balancesSupport the global month-end and year-end close processesInternational Entity SupportSupport accounting operations and statutory compliance across entities in the United States, Canada, Bahamas, United Kingdom, Japan, Spain, Singapore, India, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and United Arab Emirates (UAE)Coordinate with local accounting firms, auditors, tax advisors, and consultantsPartner with regional finance teams to ensure timely month-end close and financial reportingEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and applicable local accounting standards and regulationsFinancial Reporting & CompliancePrepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysesSupport internal and external audits across global entitiesAssist in preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory filingsMaintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and documentationProcess Improvement & SystemsIdentify opportunities to automate and improve international accounting processesSupport ERP implementations, migrations, and financial systems optimizationEnhance consolidation, reporting, and close processes to improve scalability and efficiencyDevelop standardized accounting procedures across international entitiesCross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, Legal, Operations, and People teams on international business initiativesSupport global expansion efforts, including new entity setup, acquisitions, and operational integrationProvide accounting guidance on international transactions, entity structures, and business initiativesWho You Are (Must-Haves):Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or equivalent professional accounting certification preferred8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant international accounting experienceStrong expertise in multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accountingExperience supporting accounting operations across multiple global jurisdictionsThorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS experience strongly preferredExperience working with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday Financials)Advanced Excel skills and strong financial reporting capabilitiesExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth global environmentWho You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves):Public accounting experience (Big Four or national firm preferred)Experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companiesFamiliarity with statutory reporting requirements across North America, EMEA, and APACExperience with ERP implementations, accounting system migrations, or finance transformation initiativesExperience with consolidation software (e.g., OneStream, BlackLine, FloQast, or similar)Knowledge of SOX controls and internal control frameworksExperience supporting international expansion and new legal entity launchesHow We Take Care of You:Competitive Salary & Stock OptionsHealth BenefitsNew Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card
