Canvas and Co is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts. You'll be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, reaching out to companies, and converting leads into long-term, retained clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential clients/companies across relevant industriesConduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels to generate leadsPitch Canvas and Co's services and convert prospects into onboarded clientsBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsNegotiate terms and close deals that align with company goalsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboardingTrack outreach activity, pipeline, and conversion metricsContinuously identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunitiesRequirementsProven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, agency experience a plusStrong communication and negotiation skillsConfidence in cold outreach and relationship-buildingSelf-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with performance-based incentivesUnderstanding of marketing/creative agency services is a plusApply: hr@canvasandco.net
