Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to provide technical expertise and lead quality assurance activities across IT applications and services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with manual testing, test case development, defect management, DevOps, and QA processes, with automation experience as a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute testing to ensure applications meet quality and technical standards.Develop test scenarios, test cases, test data, and QA documentation.Execute manual test cases and document results, findings, and defects.Write and manage test cases and report bugs using Azure DevOps/DevOps.Collaborate closely with development, operations, technical support, and security teams.Lead change-control activities and support zero-defect software delivery.Perform complex workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements.Recommend and implement improved QA practices and procedures.Prepare QA manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions.Provide regular weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly status reports.Support technical writers and perform other QA-related duties as assigned.Required Skills5+ years QA Testing experience5+ years writing test scenarios & test cases in DevOps5+ years executing manual test cases5+ years reporting/managing defects in DevOpsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Skills3+ years UFT One or similar test scripting tools3+ years test automation using UFT One or similar tools3+ years SDLC experienceFamiliarity with the Salesforce PlatformStrong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and change managementRole detailsLocation: Remote — Only candidates currently located in IndianaContract: 09/14/2026 – 06/30/2027Interview: Phone + In-PersonApply: vthakur@globalitfamily.com
