Optimum Data Analytics (ODA) is hiring an experienced IT Recruiter with 4–5 years of experience in IT Contract Staffing to join our growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit IT professionals for Contract, C2C, and C2H requirements.Work closely with vendor partners to identify and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.Build, manage, and expand a strong network of IT staffing vendors and consultants.Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other channels.Screen, evaluate, and coordinate interviews with clients.Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and high-quality candidate submissions.Requirements4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT Contract Recruitment.Strong experience in vendor management and C2C hiring.Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.⚠️ Please Note: This is a 100% performance-driven and target-oriented role.
