We are looking for a seasoned technology operations leader with direct experience with data, data operations, hosting infrastructure, both public and private cloud, development operations as well as cyber-security; to work with a top-notch team in an exciting, innovative and dynamic environment.Your Area of FocusLead adoption and usage of advanced AI technologies across the operations organization to improve overall internal efficiency, getting more done to accelerate product and business outcomes Stay on top of leading technology operational trends and AI advancements, identifying the best, creative solutions to incorporate to drive efficiency and greater throughputProvide leadership, vision and strategy driving automation, stability, and availability of our technology infrastructure leveraging cloud and on-premise technologies to support business agility and maximize efficienciesDrive innovation across security, data privacy, data and development operations and infrastructure Define the technology operations strategy and roadmap to support current and future business needs for scalability, growth capacity, and quality of service (performance, reliability, and business continuity)Define requirements for new technology implementations and clearly communicate them to key business stakeholdersPartner with senior leaders across the business to realize measurable outcomes aligned with business expectationsDrive the execution of security, data, infrastructure and technology operations initiatives and projects to achieve the expected scalability, performance, and availability targetsAssess and communicate risks associated with technology-related investments and purchasesSupport business growth initiatives by aligning the technology operations vision with the business strategyDevelop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology operations spending and initiativesDevelop and implement the people, process and technologies, necessary for meeting current and future customer demands Define, maintain, and present metrics to the executive and leadership team on a regular basis such as overall security, data, and infrastructure health, any risk areas, productivity stats, and overall health of technology operationsDefine, measure, and improve technology standards across the organization to establish a technology-enabled competitive edgeProvide reliable due diligence and technical assessments of potential acquisitionsYour Professional QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in the field of computer science, information systems, or engineering15 years of experience managing technology operations in the fields of development operations, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurityExtensive knowledge and direct experience with AI tools and methodologies on how to apply them to improve operational efficiencyStrong technical background in an environment with a heterogeneous mix of on-premise, hosted, and cloud hardware and softwareExperience with leading operational technologies for deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of large scale SaaS platformsExperience with hosting operations and leading cloud migrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts bringing the best solutions to Tebra while optimizing expense costsStrong executive communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical details and strategy to non-technical leadershipDemonstrated success leading modernization and transformation initiatives across data and infrastructure environmentsStrong knowledge of cybersecurity methodologies and practices to stay ahead of growing security threatsDemonstrated success in leading large, diverse global teamsEffective people leader who attracts and retains strong talentExpert knowledge of technology environments, including networks, operating systems, databases, application and web serversTechnical experience with systems networking, databases, infrastructure, and user supportExperience defining standardized operating procedures and services across various operational disciplinesExperience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy developmentExperience with business processes, management, and budgetingStrong understanding of project management principlesProven experience in planning, organization, and developmentDemonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problemsExperience with acquisition due diligence and integrationsWe are dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent with competitive and fair compensation.
