Who you're joining
RZ HR Studio connects experienced Creative Strategists with performance-driven eCommerce and DTC brands, along with performance marketing agencies that serve them. Our clients range from 7-8 figure scaling brands to significantly larger operations, all of them investing seriously in creative testing because they understand creative drives growth.
What's exciting about this role
Work directly with brands and agencies that treat creative as a growth lever, not an afterthought
Partner closely with founders, media buyers, editors, and designers to shape what actually gets tested and scaled
Join a curated talent network where you're matched to opportunities that fit your specific experience, not a generic applicant pool
What your day looks like
Research audiences, competitors, and customer language to uncover real angles, not assumptions
Develop creative concepts, hooks, and messaging frameworks rooted in genuine customer insight
Write creative briefs and scripts for UGC creators, editors, and designers
Own the full arc from research to insight to angle to hook to script to testing to iteration
Analyze creative performance (ROAS, CPA, hook rate, hold rate, CTR) and explain why something worked or didn't
Collaborate with media buyers to keep the testing pipeline fresh and ahead of creative fatigue
Who we're looking for
Genuine hands-on experience in performance creative strategy for eCommerce/DTC brands, whether brand-side or agency-side
Able to name the actual brands you've worked with and speak specifically about your personal contribution, not just what the team or account achieved
Strong direct-response knowledge: consumer psychology, pain points and objections, awareness levels, persuasive storytelling
Comfortable with Meta Ads especially, plus TikTok, YouTube, or other paid social platforms
Understands how creative performance is measured and can walk through what a result actually means, not just report the number
A track record of developing the strategy yourself, not only executing someone else's concepts
What we're less excited about for this role
This is a paid-performance, direct-response role. Experience that's primarily organic social, general content creation, graphic design, video editing, brand strategy, PR, or general digital marketing without meaningful eCommerce/DTC exposure won't be a strong fit here, even if impressive in its own right.
Come ready to talk specifics: real brand names, real numbers, and what you personally built. A portfolio or samples of your work will go a long way.
Compensation, schedule, and benefits vary by client.
