ResponsibilitiesExecute manual test plans for product features, bug fixes, and release candidatesWrite clear test cases and test evidence for functional, regression, and smoke coverageIdentify, document, and triage defects with strong reproduction detailPartner with developers and product owners to clarify expected behavior and edge casesParticipate in sprint ceremonies and release readiness checksHelp migrate critical coverage from manual execution toward automated tests over timeContribute to automation design discussions, especially selector strategy, stability, and maintainabilityMaintain quality visibility through concise status updates and risk flaggingRequired qualifications3+ years in software QA, including web application testingDemonstrated manual testing depth in complex business applicationsExperience creating and maintaining structured test cases and defect reportsPractical understanding of regression, smoke, and exploratory testingExperience working in Agile delivery teamsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across rolesExposure to test automation, including C# PlaywrightComfortable learning an evolving automation stack and adopting AI assisted workflowsPreferred qualificationsExperience with Playwright based automation frameworksExperience with C# and .NET testing ecosystems (NUnit or similar)Experience with Azure DevOps for work tracking and test execution workflowsExperience with Jira and GitHub for work tracking, collaboration, and code review workflowsBackground validating role-based access, workflow-heavy UIs, and data-sensitive business flowsExperience balancing release-pressure manual testing with longer-term automation investment
