Requirements and responsibilities
We are seeking an TAP Consultant with strong expertise in Temenos Triple’A Plus (TAP) / Wealth Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of wealth management, private banking, and core banking integration, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting TAP-based solutions across implementation and support projects.The role requires strong hands-on experience in AAA Core, IRIS APIs, TTI/TFI integrations, reporting, and wealth management processes, along with the ability to work in complex banking environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and support Temenos TAP (Triple’A Plus) components.Work on AAA Core objects such as formats, screens, profiles, data models, and application parameters.Configure and support wealth management workflows, including:Portfolio managementOrder managementAdvisory and discretionary mandatesClient onboarding and KYCDevelop and support IRIS APIs and integrations with external systems.Implement TTI / TFI interfaces for trade and data flows.Handle batch processing, reconciliation, and scheduled jobs.Work on OpenText / reporting solutions (where applicable).Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.Perform production support (L3), issue analysis, and resolution within SLA.Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and support guides.Participate in system upgrades, migrations (including R24 and above), and enhancements.Required Skills & ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience in Temenos Triple’A Plus (TAP).Expertise in AAA Core development and configuration.Strong knowledge of:Wealth / Private Banking domainPortfolio & Order ManagementInvestment products and asset classesTrade lifecycle managementExperience in:IRIS APIs (inbound/outbound services)TTI / TFI interfacesIntegration frameworks (REST / MQ / file-based)Batch processing and reconciliationStrong SQL, Unix/Linux, and scripting knowledge.Experience in SDLC, Agile, or waterfall delivery environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred ExperienceEnd-to-end Temenos TAP implementation projects.Wealth management or private banking transformation programs.Exposure to Temenos Transact (T24), Infinity, or Payments Hub integration.Experience in multi-country or large-scale banking implementations.Reporting tools such as OpenText / Actuate
