Overview: We are looking for a dynamic professional to develop customer-centric solutions that address unique requirements and drive innovation. In this role, you will analyze customer needs to create tailor-made solution concepts, coordinate and implement projects in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, and act as the crucial interface between technology and the customer by translating technical requirements into practical, customer-oriented solutions. Additionally, you will drive innovation by identifying new market potentials and trends, and ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction through effective customer support and training. Solution Management: - Analyzing customer requirements. - Developing tailor-made solution concepts. - Coordinating and implementing projects in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Translating technical requirements into customer-oriented solutions. - Identifying new market potential and trends to further develop our offerings. - Ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction. Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in intralogistics, logistics consulting, or fulfillment operations. Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of intralogistics technologies, systems, and tools. - Experience with layout creation, CAD tools, or intralogistics simulation software is a plus. - Able to convey complex technical topics in a clear and simple way. Soft Skills: - Excellent organizational abilities with a structured, independent working style. - Capable of managing several projects simultaneously without losing focus. - Enjoys working collaboratively and communicates effectively in both on-site and virtual settings. - A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to overcome blockers and mitigate risks. - Skilled at guiding and aligning multidisciplinary teams. - Open to traveling up to 50% of the time to customer warehouses across Europe. - Motivated to expand knowledge in areas such as robotics and AI.
