Co-Director at Disabled Voices CIC

This is a remote, flexible volunteer role requiring a commitment of approximately 4–8 hours per week, making it ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution alongside other work or commitments. Passions: - Disability inclusion and accessibility. - Emotional wellbeing and community care. - Social justice and disability-led leadership. - Building sustainable services that make a lasting difference. Experience or Strengths: - Strategic leadership and organisational development. - Operations and governance. - Communications, marketing, or public engagement. - Partnership building and stakeholder engagement. - Fundraising and income generation. - Charity, CIC, social enterprise, disability, community, or mental health sectors. Additional Information: - Lived experience of disability is highly valued, and we strongly encourage disabled leaders to express their interest. - As a founding Co-Director, you will help shape not only our strategy but also our culture, values, and the way we work together. - You will be part of building an organisation designed by disabled people, for disabled people, one that puts connection, dignity, and accessible emotional support at its heart.
