This position requires active admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar. We are growing and seeking an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. The position offers a remote work option and is aligned with and integrated into our Pennsylvania team’s practice structure and leadership. Attorney Qualifications: - Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar and in good standing (required). - J.D. from an accredited law school. - Minimum of 3-5 years of civil defense litigation experience including general liability, premise liability and construction defects. - Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
