Responsibilities
We are looking for a resource with a blend of business analysis, program coordination, documentation, governance support, and technology operating model experience.
Business Analysis:
- Experience with business analysis and requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Security Governance Documentation:

Access Control & Requirements:
- Gather and define business needs for org-level, object-level, field-level, and record-level security controls.
Stakeholder Facilitation:
- Lead workshops with cybersecurity, architecture, and business teams to capture critical security decisions.
- Ability to translate technical security risks into clear concepts for executive presentations.
Compliance & Audit Support:
- Help align the platform with regulatory standards (such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001).
- Assist with evidence collection.
Technical Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of user permissions, profiles, sharing rules, and security settings within the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with standard cybersecurity controls or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
