Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer who is passionate about leveraging AI to transform Quality Assurance. This is not a traditional manual QA role. The ideal candidate has successfully led the transition from manual testing to AI agent-based test automation, built intelligent QA workflows, and can mentor existing teams in adopting AI-driven testing practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and orchestrate AI-powered QA automation frameworks.Build and manage AI agents to automate testing workflows.Automate functional, regression, integration, and API testing using modern tools.Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright.Validate functionality during legacy-to-modern UI migration projects.Automate API validation using Postman and AI-assisted testing.Create and manage test cases using qTest.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to improve software quality.Mentor QA engineers on AI adoption, automation best practices, and intelligent testing strategies.Improve overall QA efficiency by reducing manual testing through AI-driven solutions.Required Skills5+ years of QA/Test Automation experienceStrong expertise with PlaywrightHands-on experience with AI-driven QA automationExperience building or orchestrating AI Agents / Agentic WorkflowsExperience using: Cursor, Claude, GPT / ChatGPT, qTest, API Testing, Postman, Functional Test Automation, Regression Test Automation, Integration TestingExperience migrating manual QA processes to AI-based automationStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsPreferred SkillsAWSReactSpring Boot APIsUI Modernization / Legacy Application ValidationTosca (Tricentis)Healthcare domain experienceExperience testing AI-powered applicationsExperience validating non-deterministic AI outputsTechnical EnvironmentFrontend: ReactBackend: Spring Boot APIsCloud: AWSAI Tools: Cursor, Claude, GPT/ChatGPTQA Tools: Playwright, qTest, Tosca, PostmanIdeal CandidateWe're looking for someone who has personally transformed QA organizations by implementing AI-first testing strategies.
