Position SummaryPrometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner of federal health agencies. We are seeking the addition of an experienced Healthcare Change Management to lead the planning and execution of change management activities across multiple implementations. This role supports multidisciplinary teams focused on enabling adoption, readiness, and successful outcomes for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDrive successful adoption of new technologies, workflows, tools, and policies by designing and executing change management strategies that maximize user engagementSupport change initiatives by conducting assessment of current-state user workflows, practices, and policy compliance; change impacts; and implementation activitiesAs needed, partner with IT product and project management teams to align technical implementation timelines with change readiness milestonesAssist with stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and implementation planning by gathering information, documenting findings, and supporting recommendationsLead interviews, focus groups, and change-related discussions to capture stakeholder input and support engagement effortsDefine and track change metrics and support monitoring of progress and adoptionLead change management assessments and support the development of change management strategies drawing on structured change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) to guide transformation initiativesIndependently coordinate change management activities within the broader project plan and support efforts to assess and promote user readinessAs needed, support organizational design activities, including documenting roles, responsibilities, and process changesDevelop and maintain change-related deliverables such as communication plans, roadmaps, training materials, and resistance management tools under guidance from project leadershipTrack and report project tasks, risks, issues, and action items in accordance with the project management processEscalate issues and risks appropriately by following established project governance and leadership guidanceCollaborate effectively with project team members to support delivery objectives and shared accountabilityApply strong interpersonal and communication skills to adapt to evolving client needs and support a team-based delivery environmentMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience supporting change management activities for federal clients, with a strong preference for federal healthcare environmentsExperience with self-directed, high-visibility initiatives that require engagement across stakeholder groups and executive-level briefingExperience supporting technology or digital transformation projectsProduce and support executive-level written and verbal communications, including briefings, presentations, and structured documentationStrong analytical skills to define, collect, and analyze data, draw sound conclusions, and support informed decision-makingExperienced with the development and maintenance of project plans, budgets, resource plans, and risk management artifactsProficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, to support project execution and deliverablesWork effectively both independently and within team-based project environmentsAbility to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorshipAbility to obtain a public trustCompensation & BenefitsPFS offers a benefits package that may include health, dental, and vision coverage; flexible spending accounts; disability and life insurance; a retirement plan; paid time off; and other programs to support employees and their families. Learn more about PFS Benefits.The posted salary range is the company’s good-faith estimate for this role. PFS benefits and compensation are determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, location; the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience; as well as contract and organizational requirements.Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000Workplace Health, Safety, and ComplianceThis position may be subject to client‑specific or government‑mandated vaccination, health, or safety requirements, which may change over time.
