Responsibilities
Core ResponsibilitiesProactively partner with assigned business functions to identify analytical opportunities, design experiments, and deliver insights with clear recommendations.Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to enable ongoing business monitoring and conduct deep-dive analyses on performance and customer behavior.Develop forecasting and predictive models to support strategic planning and resource allocation.Train business partners on self-service analytics tools, establish metric definitions, and create documentation to empower stakeholders.Required Experience & Skills4–7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related analytical role.Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI (preferred experience with LookerML).Proficiency in R or Python for automated data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced visualization.Deep understanding of statistical concepts, experimental design, and the ability to communicate complex data compellingly.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a quantitative field (advanced degree preferred).Strong ownership, first-principles thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.Andela is seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers business intelligence and analytics capabilities as the company transitions into an AI-integrated Talent Cloud.
