The work spans three intertwined objectives: refreshing the user interface and overall visual design, driving measurable performance gains, and rolling out selected new features without disrupting current users.You'll be our point person for planning and tracking the full lifecycle: clarifying requirements with product and UX, translating them into sprint-ready tickets, coordinating developers and QA, and keeping stakeholders informed through concise status reports and demos. I already have an in-house engineering team in place—what we need is your structure, visibility, and risk management to keep the enhancements moving smoothly.We expect you to set up and maintain an agile framework (Jira or equivalent), establish realistic milestones, manage dependencies, and flag scope creep early.
